Food temperatures obtained with DOH thermocouple thermometer: tomatoes 40 deg. F., Blue cheese 44 deg. F., American cheese 39 deg. F., Blue cheese crumbles 42 deg. F., Parmesan/Romano cheese mix 41 deg. F. (last two food items. in Schneider & Polcsik freezer).
