Comments: Comments only: 1. Cannot visually verify if the ice machine is equipped with an indirect drain. I followed the drain hose to the point where it went out of view behind an object. 2. At the start of the inspection, there was no bare hand barriers present at the bar to prevent bare hand contact to drink fruit condiments such as lemon and lime wedges. Provided education. Gloria brought out toothpicks from the kitchen to the bar area. Must correct all violations no later than 12/4/15, except the bar floor must be replaced with a material besides carpet that is smooth, easily cleanable, and non-porous no later than 6/30/16. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 12/4/15.
