Operator successfully corrected the following items: 1. Hot water heater has been replaced and hot water is present at all taps in the facility. 2. Large hole in bathroom wall of men’s restroom has been repaired. 3. Area around the waste line under utility sink in women’s restroom has been covered with tiles, creating a “box” around the utility sink. Materials used to create “box” around utility sink look to be old—edges are in disrepair. Raw wood still exposed on one tile below utility sink and around edge of sink closest to trash can. Wood must be treated to allow for a smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable surface.
