All violations observed on the previous inspection were corrected. The hot water dishwasher was observed as operating correctly, reaching temperatures in excess of 190 degrees F in the rinse cycle.

Since there is no cold hold section on the line, recommend only putting out cold salads when the kids start coming thru the lunch line so they won't have time to warm to over 45 degrees F. then return immediately if unserved to the upright reach-in adjacent to the line.
