The Refrigeration units in the Kitchen Area had thermometers inside them for measuring the temperature and the final rinse on the dish washer was 174 degrees F. The following food temperatures were measured (degrees F): Reach-In Cooler - Home Fries - 42.7, Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer - Cooked Cauliflower - 39.7, Service Line Cooler - 37.8.
