| Comments: Comment: No violations observed. The issues cited during last years inspection, had been corrected or addressed. They no longer serve breakfast or lunch; serving dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. No leftovers are saved. Kitchen manager knows the volume of food needed to serve. All food is prepared at the main campus kitchen. Transported in Cambro insulated boxes or coolers and placed in warmer or refrigerater until service. If reheatng is required, it is a fully equipped kitchen. Food items being served during inspection included: Calzones, Sandwiches, prepackaged chips, baked cookies and brownies and bottled drinks. Food service manager was very cooperative and knowledged in food safety. | ||
