Comments: Thermometers were on site and working. Three bay dishwashing was discussed. An employee sick foodworker policy was discussed. All cold and hot holding temperatures were found to be acceptable. The menu was reviewed at the time of inspection. The new dishwasher is scheduled to be installed by May 1, 2018. The rear storage area is slated for renovation and potential expansion, with a proposed completion date of January 1, 2019 per interview with owners. A NOI (notice of intent) form was emailed at the time of inspection. This form must be completed and submitted along with a building materials list and layout sketch of the proposed project by June 1, 2018. The moisture on the floor in the beer/food walkin cooler is managed through mopping and a long term solution for wall and floor coverings are still being researched. Your proposal for the walkin cooler must be included on the Notice of intent form with the rear storage area with all of the required drawing as and building material list.
