Comments: Please note that the small refrigerator on the counter in the kitchen used to store dressing not maintaining cold holding temperature. Ambient air temperature of the unit measured 49 degrees F. This unit may only be used for commercially prepared non-TCS dressing until it is repaired and capable of maintaining cold holding temperature. Disccussed ill food worker policies with operator and provided CDC "Norovirus : Facts for Food Handlers" fact sheet at the conclusion of the inspection.
