Comments: Discussed deficiencies with the operatot. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in May 2015. According to the owner, the cafe is not open and they use this facility as a commissary for their catering business. Their was no food in the Walk-In for the Catering business. The food in the Walk-In Cooler was for the Store, but the Catering Business does store their food in the Walk-In when they are operating. The operate from May/June through early September, mainly for Weddings and also at A Taste of the Catskills Festival. Report e-mailed.
