The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in May 2015. According to the owner, the cafe is not open and they use this facility as a commissary for their catering business. Their was no food in the Walk-In for the Catering business. The food in the Walk-In Cooler was for the Store, but the Catering Business does store their food in the Walk-In when they are operating. The operate from May/June through early September, mainly for Weddings and also at A Taste of the Catskills Festival. Report e-mailed. |
