The refridgerator was temped at 49 deg F using this inspectors calibrated food testing thermometer. The chicken wings temped at 47 deg F. Chef voluntarily moved the chicken wings to a colder refridgeration unit. CORRECTED 10b -- GE refidgerator near front window has duct tape on the insode that is frayed and not smooth and easily cleanable. Corrected at time of inspection. 15 b -- Light in dry storage (old walk-in cooler) not shielded. |
