The ice scoop was found stored in the ice bin with the handle sticking up; discussed ice scoop options, management claims to have ordered one that fits on the unit's storage spot. Discussed the new raw burger process and procedures. Raw hamburger found at 36F. Maintenance has been contacted about the walk-in cooler condenser. Discussed with management, the lack of hats and visors amongst managers to discern seniority, but not during food prep or plating/packaging. The interiors of the refrigeration units appear adequately maintained clean. Wiping clothes found in the buckets. Choking poster, cpr station, and permit are posted.
