I went in to see about lowering my bill. The idiot that worked there stated I was all set and my new bill would be $136.00. I then get a bill for $283. I went in to ask him why and he stated well you know there are the prorated charges for switch in the middle of a billing cycle. I asked him why he didn't explain that because had I known I would have never switched. All he cared about was his commission. Find another AT&T store. These people will make everything look good just to get a commission. They could care less about you or your family. They would rather take money off your children's table then tell you the facts. All just to make a few bucks. TERRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE SALES REPS, and the Worse customer service I ever experienced.

A few observations that I have for this particular AT&T location. 1. The staff is friendly for the most part. 2. The store is clean and has a presentable appearance. So why a two star review you might ask? 3. My biggest complaint and something that I feel should be revised is the store hours! 10am-7pm M-F. I know people in the area who go to work before that and don’t get off until after that. 4. Amount of locations! 1. AT&T between Manhattan and Junction City. Verizon has at least 3 locations that I can think of. You cannot tell me that there isn’t enough demand for multiple locations due to the fact that there is not only a major college in Manhattan, but also a Military base roughly 15 miles away! Just my thoughts on the situation and again it’s not the store or the staff it’s merely how AT&T is losing out on business!
