Absolutely disgusted by such an awful service. No sensible rules or regulations. Awful customer service Pls don't use this service they won't give a call before coming and then after three days say come to the UPS store and get it yourself..basically if you are given a date that the delivery will.be made they expect you to leave work and life and sit all day by the door for Almighty UPS Kudos UPS

Shame on the UPS driver that delivered to my house yesterday. They dropped the 22lb box containing a piano bench on top of the box containing a digital keyboard stand. The box containing the stand is completely mangled and the stand is damaged. The box containing the bench is also damaged. The shipping charges pay the drivers' salaries and they should have more respect for their customers and the merchandise we entrust to them. If that is a problem for them then they should get a different job. I now have to go through the process of sending the packages back for exchange and hope the replacements aren't also mangled during the delivery.

I went today to notarize a document. The lady in charge of this refuse to notarize the document because it was in spanish and she could not read it. I called the State of Kansas Secretary who said that that was irrelevant. all they need to see is that is you signing the document. So, worse non-service ever. This town really needs a notary.
