  The hotel overall looked very nice and was clean. However the check-in process for myself was not good. My reservation is lost and confused even when giving confirmation number from online booking. The room I was given at first when I went to was unmade and dirty. They were nice and upgraded me to a suite with a jacuzzi in it. That was very nice of them. However the room AC didn't work for you in the room was consistently humid but cool. The carpet was sticky and I don't know if it was due to unclean or just humidity. I killed three or four different Beatles in the room and one brown recluse spider. That was all in the first day. after leaving for the day for business when I return to my room I found that my keys did not work when I went to the front desk I was told that my room was only for one night. After multiple attempts of clarification it was finally solved and the room was figured out for the night. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process however.

  Overall my family and I had a nice stay over the weekend, they had a nice sized indoor pool and hot tub, breakfast every morning, and a little computer in the lobby to use if needed. One thing that was a bit iffy was that when the cleaning staff came through they opened up our window and left it so anybody that came by could have came through and stolen our belongings, other than that piece it was a very nice experience.

  Nice hotel in an excellent location. Tons of places to eat and shop. Many places within walking distance. Clean hotel and up to date.

  Absolutely wonderful experience! They were so packed on a Sunday. Our waitress Erin G. was amazing. I also watched I am guessing the manager keep an eye on the whole room and step up as needed repeatedly! Food came out quickly and perfect! We will definitely come again!

  Hard to find. Very nice handicap accessible rooms. Breakfast bar was okay. Morning papers available. I don't know why, I didn't get a warm fuzzy feel.
