  Never had a problem with them. Longest wait time was 2 and a half hours but then again it was an oil change and new tires. For everyone claiming they are slow because you came in on a Saturday or Sunday, that's your problem right there. Don't go to a service when they are bombarded on the weekends.

  I am not sure what the outcome is going to be as of writing this review but from the reviews from the last month you all need to read this before taking your car there. I have had nothing but problems since Oct 3 when they put a new battery in and according to the dealership I had to have it towed to afterwards say they put the battery in wrong. Now after putting in a new starter, new alternator and a better battery it is still not working right. When the finale answer comes in on exactly what the outcome will be I will come back and write about it.

  Went there for a new battery for our Ford Escape. Three hours later, after asking about the progress hourly, I got a fellow who said they'd been watching YouTube videos trying to figure out if they knew how to change our battery since it's covered. I said never mind and he seemed relieved since they were so busy. He did offer me a discount to buy the battery there and have someone else install it. I passed. The next morning we had a local service center install it. Less than an hour, worth a few bucks more for the lack of aggravation.

  Took them 2hrs to put in 2 damn tires, would only recommend as a last resort... price wasn’t terrible
