We stayed in the king sized bedroom with a balcony. We had a lovely time. The room was clean, the balcony was nice and had a great view. Would recommend to others.

Best stay ever in NYC! Hotel has clean spacious rooms awesome location for visiting Chinatown and little Italy or a few blocks to the 9/11 memorial. The best thing about the hotel is the staff! Ricky was so helpful and made it all that more special a stay! We will be back again and again!

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Chinatown. Super convenient as it's nearby some great restaurants and right next to the parking garage. The staff was very accommodating and even upgraded our room for our special occasion with a balcony that offers beautiful views of the city! Breakfast is served at the Mama Eatery restaurant next door and each room is only given 2 vouchers, regardless of the number of guests. However most hotels in Chinatown area don't even offer free breakfast at all, so this was not a bother. Also their shower has the strongest water pressure I've ever experienced at a hotel...Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Manhattan!
