I just want to say Thank You to whomever worked February 24 2018 from the hours of 6pm to 9:30pm. I called about 4 times and each time I spoke to someone different to find out the status of my only child on her first offense. Each person was very respectful and helpful. Maybe it was the respect I gave. But people like you guys don’t get enough credit. So to the 3 men and 1 women I spoke with. Thank you so much.

I understand it ain't supposed to be nice. But it's pathetic. The whole NYC system is a joke, but Bronx your guilty the minute the cops pull up on you. Think they wanna work here?! This whole system needs a major overhaul. From the NYPD to NYC court system.
