  So i recently had a Foodstamps fraud case, and after trying to get services from a local bar association I wasn’t too happy with no results. I did research online and I was looking for a specific lawyer for my case and came across JP. I immediately contacted the number on file and Joseph answered. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the process and made me very comfortable with his answers. I honestly didn’t think twice about hiring him to represent me in my case. Salina his assistant is also very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my questions rapidly. I met Joseph in person the next day and my case was settled in less then a month. I truly recommend him for any criminal cases. He sure is very knowledgeable with these procedures and will get the job done instantly.

  I retained this firm to handle an investigation by the SEC for me. It took a month to these lawyers to resolve my case, which I guess is pretty fast. Mr Potashnik was always professional and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the investment processes and procedures and well aware of how the whole industry works. I strongly recommend this attorney to anyone who has problems with the SEC, this guy knows his job.

  I had a medicaid fraud case, and I did research online and decided to use JP as my representative to deal with this case. It was hassle free. Case resolved in a month. Everyone in the law firm are very knowledgeable and responsible. I personally dealt with the paralegal alot. She is beyond helpful and explained things very patiently and clearly. I will strongly recommend this firm. They charge consultation fee, however, if you decide to use them at the end, they will include the consultation fee in the flat rate they quote u. You got what you paid for, and I am happy with my service. Thank you JP, and everyone in the office.
