  I've been with Work Better at 40 Wall since the start of 2012. It is a quality facility that brings in good co-working companies. The true quality is in its people. There have been some staff changes in the course of my tenure, but I'm pleased to say the current team is aces. They coordinated a move for all clients between floors (allowing for renovations to one of the floors) and it was handled professionally with courtesy and a minimum disruption to work flow. They run the facility well and address clients' needs quickly. It is a solid option for co-work space in the FiDi area.

  Our small non-profit has been here for almost five years and still loving it. Now that some of the lovely staff members have moved up to the 29th floor it's even better. Always service with a smile and lots of delicious fresh coffee.

  The staff is very attentive and accommodating. There is always a smile at the front desk and any issue that has come about has been followed up on and resolved in a timely manner. Excellent office.

  I run a tiny operation. Only me to be exact, but I need a comfortable and efficient place to work. I tried 3 different places in a 12 months period and I just didn’t feel comfortable in any of them and it really affected my productivity. Lucky me! I didn’t give up and reached out to Work Better, mainly because is right in front of my apt, and oh boy! I can’t be happier. In addition to all the standard services that you expect i.e. mailroom, fax, copy machine, great coffee, snacks, and a smooth billing process (essential for a small business), I finally realized that it’s all about the Work Better team that makes the real difference. As soon as you enter the offices you are welcomed with friendly smiles and a sincere desire to assist you in anyway you need. After over a year now, the Work Better team at 40 Wall has been there for me making it possible to endure the long exhausting hours that my job requires and I’m deeply grateful. I give them a lot of credit for the success I enjoy. This is a very special place!
