  QBuying a car can be very stressful and I have been looking around for a car shopping at many dealerships, but none matched the level of service and attention I received from the salesman Kim Christensen at Mercedes Manhattan. When you are shopping for a Mercedes, you expect a certain level of service that I did not find at other Mercedes dealerships and I am so happy I found Kim because I will never go anywhere else to get a Mercedes. He helped me pick out the perfect model and worked with me for weeks getting me the exact car I wanted. If you are looking for a Mercedes, I strongly suggest you go to Mercedes Manhattan and ask for Kim for the best professional service and hassle free car buying process. You will be very happy you did so!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan dealership. I met with my salesperson James. He was very understanding and knowledgeable in assisting me in buying my car. He was direct and honest about the car I wanted and helped me to get in and out within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership.   Well I just left the dealer,had a technical glitch on my 14 E550,,electrical. Never knew I had an auxiliary battery but I do now..Octavio met me with a smile,and dropped the bad news that this item ($500)wasn't covered,,I have the car 11 months.,Noticing my obvious displeasure,he was calm,kind and understanding,, whether or not he knew I'm a returning customer,and did the right thing.In 10 minutes he returned with fresh info after consulting with Anthony,and my car was repaired. This place is a car enthusiast kind of place,but beyond that its a group of hard working people. I saw all colors of people being helped,advised and smiling as they too saw their needs met.New York is a tough place,I'm a native,a veteran, retired from the NYPD, and have seen the best and worst of this town,,MB of Manh. is an oasis if your lucky enough and smart enough to own one of these cars. Great job guys and gals.

  Took my car for oil change but was recommended by them to do service A because they would check everything, came back the next day, as soon as I got inside the car there was “brake light” light on. Could not believe it, thought they really check everything, but they didn’t take care even of the simplest thing, even my tire pressure was not taken care off. They’re just thieves, never going back there again, I’ll just go to oil change place as always, they do better and more thorough job for half a price of their $300 service.

  The sale department is some kind OK. Mechanics department doesn’t quite care about my car. Just when they change a tire for me, the air condition was tuned to max cool which I don’t figure out any logic clue why they do that. What is most terrible I met here is that they pasted a “Manhattan” badge on to the back of my brand new car without asking in advance. I gave two stars because the beginning of sell process is fine. For the following parts, I would give -5. PS after few times deal with the mechanics there, again they don’t work like pro and often wanna make their opposite ideas happen. Communicating with them makes me tired. Last week in mid Oct, my car was sent for body shop repairing a dent and mechanics to adjust the body balance. There was a door edge bumper on the driver side and when my was back it was gone.
