Love their service. Found out i can get my jacket patched up for free in the store. And also get more goose feathers stuffed too! Best service and products to live hardcore in. With zero worries of me breaking or burning a hole through my gear. I can even completely get a new jacket too. They didn't have any yellow to match but i think this bright orange did the job and looks fine to me.

Visited this location to purchase a jacket I saw online, but they didn't have it in stock. The staff was still very helpful and searched all of the stores in the area. Unfortunately, I ended up having to order it online but the customer service was excellent.

This place is great. On top of the great products that Patagonia makes, the staff here is so friendly and really chill. They always put you in a good mood. Very knowledgeable and helpful people and a good store layout makes for a win all around.

I really like the Patagonia brand, they stand behind their clothing and gear. They have some of the best technical clothing. I've had one of their winter jackets for years. If something happens to it they will repair it or replace it. I have always found the staff helpful and knowledgable. I'm not an outdoors person, but I do hike around the city and I stay warm in their jacket. It can be expensive, but worth it.
