Comments: No violations were noted. Coleslaw was stored in fridge and temperature was 45 degrees F. Baked beans were being held hot in oven at 183 degrees F and Ribs were 192 degrees F. According to temperature log, all food arrived on-site at required temperatures. Dishwasher is NSF approved and has a sanitizing cycle. Operator stated that dishwasher is always run on high temperature sanitizing cycle. Operators thermocouple was accurate when compared with DOH thermocouple. No meals on wheels delivery from this site.
