Comments: Upon inspection it was discovered that there is no longer a universal pre-k class in the morning. They only have the after school program. The children arrive about 2:30 pm. Per Jerdana, Foodlink usually delivers about 10:45 am. No one from Freshwise had yet been at the facility at 11:05 am.

Comments: Food delivered from Foodlink/Freshwise. Chicken Jambalaya was temped at 135 F at delivery and was returned to Foodlink. It was on the truck for over two hours. Afterschool lunches were used and Foodlink will replace.

Comments: In speaking with Amanda Gibbs, she said that for the last two weeks Foodlink has been delivering the hot food at less than 140 F. One January 3, 2017 she received the mac and cheese @ 116 F and reheated it to 145 F before serving, as per the invoice shown. All hot foods should be reheated to 165 F before serving. Food can be hot held at 140 F or above. Also food can be returned if it is not within acceptable temperatures at receipt. Foods out of temperature more than 2 hours should be discarded. So the question should be asked, about when food was cooked, if it is delivered out of temperature. Gave Amanda G. temperature guide sheet. Also spoke with Jerdana, Amanda's supervisor. To be re-inspected in three weeks.
