This was corrected by reheating to 165F then placing in hot holding. Hot temps Red potatoes 150F, Baked potato 166F, Rice 178F, Beef barley soup 141F, and mashed potatoes 170F. Cold temps cottage cheese 44F, ham 42F, olives 44F, chick peas 44F,and salad dressing 44F. The ice machine scoop was laying on the top of the machine. This was corrected by sanitizing and placing in the designated container. One of the sinks is not draining properly. Repairs are scheduled.Test strips for quat sanitizer at the bar could not be located. A certified food handler certificate is not on site. Discussed the ill foodworker policy and cooling and reheating procedures. |

Cans of tomato puree and beans are on the floor beneath the prep table. Discussed ill foodworker policy. |
