Comments: 8A--Squeeze bottles found throughout the restaurant not labeled for content, product in walk-in cooler found on plastic pallets and bare wood pallets which are either not smooth and easily cleanable surfaces or not easily movable, and the bottom shelf of the racks in the walk-in cooler are not >= 6" off of the floor. 12E--Hand soap missing at front hand washing station. 15B--Vent hoods above cook line have build up. 10B--All surfaces of the dry storage shelving unit must be smooth and easily cleanable, not bare wood. 11A--Cloth towel lining counter by 3 bay sink has glassware sitting on top drying. Proper aeration and drainage not achieved.

Comments: 7f- at 12:15pm chili in crock pot about 2 lbs temped at 69dF. Cook stated in there < 1/2 hr. Chili allowed to be reheated on stove and corrected. Discussed proper reheating procedures. 2c- at 12:40pm this inspector found a box of raw eggs stored next to cantelopes and green peppers in walk in and 2 flats of raw eggs next to fruit fillings and cream cheese. Also found raw fish stored over cooked potatoes to be used for potato salad. Cook decided to use potatoes for home fries and corrected and moved. 12a- front counter handwash sink does not have hot water- repeat violation corrected 1b- back flow device is still missing from mop sink- repeat vioaltion corrected 15b- light is out in magic chef cooler. corrected 5a + 5e- at 12:55pm this inspector found white refrigerator ambient air at 55dF. found sirloin bottom round at 58dF about 4lbs, 2 lbs of chicken at 64dF, 3 lbs of Italian sausage temped at 50dF, 1 piece of chicken at 50dF. All foods voluntarily discarded by cook and corrected. refrigerator will be serviced.
