There is a designated mop sink at the facility that is fully functional, but there are currently multiple cleaning products being stored in the sink. Must clear the sink and use this sink to dispose of dirty mop water effective immediately. Must correct all violations no later than 12/31/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 12/31/15.
