Comments: Notes: Re-inspection visit to verify cleanup of wastewater, check dish machine, Pepsi cooler in kitchen and review inspection report. The majority of the wastewater and grease on basement floor has been removed, still strong sewage-like odor present, pipe now properly tied into plumbing. Again advised disinfection with bleach must be done. The ice machine has not yet been cleaned and sanitized, ice is being obtained from their ice cream business next door. Water is still dripping through floorboards and into basement-owner stated there is a leaking pipe and a plumber has been contacted. The equipment stored beneath the leak has been moved to a different basement area. Dish machine is still not sanitizing properly to 50ppm Cl. Owner stated the repair person came yesterday evening and forgot to bring new sanitizer but did adjust something. Repair person will be contacted again and bleach will be manually added. Pepsi cooler in kitchen had been serviced last night per owner. He stated a repair person recharged it. Inspector's calibrated thermometer temped cooler at 45F which owner agrees will not be sufficient for holding and cooling foods to 45F or below due to hot kitchen and frequency of opening. Reviewed with owner using ice inside cooler to hold food <45F until it can be repaired. The cooler is currently empty.
