A product stem thermometer is available. Dedicated handwashing station adequately maintained. Discused the smoothie making process. Discussed change needed in the process and routine for holding the wraps at proper cold holding temps at the Cyber Cafe. Permit, choking poster, and cpr station is hung/posted. Cyber Cafe is adequately maintained clean.
