Comments: Dishwasher temp 192, Tater tot temperature is 161F, in hot holding, no other hot foods available at time of inspection. Discussion: about adding more water to steam table, water level is not very deep, Pans used for serving are rather deep so water levels are low, cooks said that water levels are checked/ added to throughout lunch period to make sure water lasts. Also the previous inspection reports mention a water pipe behind dishwasher, the pipe was not removed, but there is no hose connected to at time of inspection either, no cross connection or potential contamination observed.
