Contact Cindy White @HDO @315-866-6879, for follow up inspection before returning to service. Recommend no stacking of food items in holding units, as well. Also, physical monitoring of alternate Victory unit. Temperatures internally are reading within appropriate ranges, but external digital reading inaccurate. Staff have placed thermometers in hot units for monitoring. *note* Food intended for Bacon Elementary replaced with new supply. Temperatures all greater than 165°F before transport. Prior items all rapidly reheated to greater than 165°F. before serving.
