Comments: Inspection was also a complaint investigation. I spoke to the school lunch manager about the possibility of bugs in the food. Dennis told me that no one has ever complained about bugs but he said government surplus food sometimes has some insect contamination. When found the school contacts Food Distribution and Warehousing (USDA). All food temperatures were adequate, Quality of food was adequate. Only food grade materials will be used for food storage. Sick leave policy discussed.
