Comments: Field visit this date to investigate complaint #F1499. "Customer found long piece of black hair wrapped around onion in Whopper sandwich purchased late Friday afternoon , October 21. Manager said they weren't required to wear hair nets" The investigation today revealed that all employyees that were preparing food had hats on which is a proper hair restraint. Hair nets are not the only proper hair restraint. Employees not preparing food are subject to the requirements of management and this is beyond the authority of the health department. As a reminder, management will talk with all emplotees regarding the use of proper hair restraints when preparing food. No further action at this time.
