Comments: McDonald's - Cazenovia, inspection conducted Wednesday at lunch time. All hot holding burgers and patties located at the prep table/make-station observed at adequate temps, 145-175F. Cold holding Southwest Veggie Mix observed, 35F. "Quarter Pounder" cook temp observed, 189F. Raw burger observed cold holding, 37F. Discussed the bi-weekly milk shake machine cleaning routine (every other Wednesday), in progress at time of inspection. Thermometer are installed in all refrigerators. All wiping clothes were found properly stored. Temperature food safety logbook maintained up-to-date. Hair restraints and hand barriers utilized; discussed manager options for hair restraints.
