The following items were voluntarily discarded today: 6 pounds tuna, 9 pounds macaroni and cheese, 2 lbs scallops, 1 lb oysters, 4.6 lbs calamari, 12.5 lbs salmon, 5 lbs cooked lamb shanks, 4 lbs swordfish. Note the orginal inspection erroneously stated 6.6 lbs of pheasant meatballs but should have been listed as phesant bombs which were not cooked prior to crovacing. All raw meat and poultry which have been allowed to be kept are to be removed from the reduced oxygen package as soon as it is removed from the freezer prior to thawing. | ||
