Comments: Conducted a re-inspection of facility due to violations identified on previous inspection report of March 21, 2018. Regarding Blue-item # 11 D- Operator installed tray inside bottom of kitchen double-door refrigerator- food items stored on tray and not bottom of refrigerator. Minor amount of water evident in bottom of unit- no food items impacted. Corrected. Regarding Blue-item # 12 E- Operator stated that they have contacted plumber to make repairs to leaking faucet fixtures in women's rest room off dining room. Operator to contact HD when sink fixtures have been repaired.
