A pre-operational walk-thru assessment of existing kitchen is required prior to permit issue.

Comments: Conducted a re-inspection due to previous inspection report on February 10, 2014. Violations corrected. Also discussed with manager that margarine is considered to be a potentially hazardous food and must be temperature controlled. Will conduct a HACCP training exercise with staff later in the year.
