No potentially hazardous foods are out of temperature. Female employee in charge does not speak much English. She had an interpeter ask and answer questions about food safety. Charles Taveras came at end of inspection. He stated he is ill and doesnt want to work with food or in FSE until he recovers from what appears to be a very bad cold. His voice is hoarse. |

The metal stem on hand was only for hot holding and it was broken and also in 5 degree increments for Degrees F. |
