  The cashier that was servicing another customer was EXCELLENT. Multitasking efficiently and patiently answering questions. The manager or the woman that was called over to help me for an online PICK UP not even an in-store purchase was curt and unfriendly and not helpful. I asked if they had birthday gift bags or wrapping that I could wrap my newly purchased Nespresso machine. She replied, no just holiday bags. The friendly cashier next to her while working on another customers return suggested that I check out the complimentary wrapping paper station. I did. It worked out perfect. I actually walked over to thank the cashier. I'm the customer who is making the big return complimented my wrapping skills. Retail is tough. I get it. The store is tricky to find. The website address is inaccurate. Perhaps it's their mailing address. The Google Maps address is correct . Not sure I'd return.

  It was great until I re-read my receipt 2 week’s later and discovered they double-charged me for 3 items! As in I bought one of each but they rang me up for 2of each ! I didn’t notice at the time because it was such a large order of 2 dozen or so items furnishing an apartment but I am very disappointed in this particular store for having swindled me out of $30 :(

  No problems with this store. I bought a pizza peel from here a few months ago, and a pastry brush last week. Was easy to find them both. The entrance is located up the escalator on Warren St.

  A knowledgeable sales associate named Paul helped me to find two items. He was so helpful, it was a pleasure to shop here. My experience checking out at the customer service desk, however, marred an almost perfect shopping experience. The cashier had an attitude, but that was her problem not mine. It would be nice if the store had more retail associates like Paul and less like the one at the customer service register..

  Good stock. Friendly helpful associates. Easy going shopping environment. Total opposite of the frenzy and chaos in the Chelsea store. If you're downtown in Tribeca, shop this store before you shop Chelsea. The location is not as central as Chelsea and it's a smaller store but you will save your sanity and get good customer service. Check store stock availability online before you go. It's a wise move.
