Took my cat Marie for her shots they are very kind and Dr Rodriguez takes her job with pride kindness and she truly cares about your pet the whole staff is very sweet and on top of things had a small problem with care credit the young lady really didn't know how to process card had to wait ten minutes till the other woman returned from lunch. Also live shopping there the prices are very good and there service is excellent

My doggy had a dental cleaning, everything went great. With 1 extraction, pain meds and antibiotics. Total cost 705 dollars. This is including the well plan with dental once a yr.

just a bad experience with staff not knowing what is carried in the store... extremely unhelpful... and then just walk away without answering a simple question like “could you please be so kind und direct me to the dog vitamins section”... almost appearing like they are on some kind of drugs

My two dogs love to walk here everyday. They walk down all the aisles smelling everything along the way.. Like that the store now carries Only Natural Pet products.
