  This was my first experience using the franchise. Unfortunately, I found it underwhelming. The location is unbeatable but that is about it. The staff was not very friendly or courteous. They will up charge on everything possible and did a mediocre job at best. I've went to other salons that go above and beyond as well as take care of additional skin care needs. This salon barely got the hair out. Skin care didn't even come into question. Only the possibility of purchasing additional services was ever offered. The entire experience is so sales driven I couldn't wait to get out of there. Two different employees tried to sell me their products (which were completely unnessary) as well as attempting to sell me on their membership program even declining. If they focused on customer satisfaction I'm sure their numbers will follow. With all of the options in NYC I would recommend going elsewhere.

  Love this place and location. So convenient for when I get off work, I can walk a couple blocks. The girls are great!! I usually stick to one specialist, but no complaints with someone new ☺️🙌🏾

  This was my favorite place to go was but not anymore, lately the staff is just a little rude, for example I called today to make an appointment and I was on hold for 6 mins I took the phone away for one second and I guess they pick up and hung up right away and I kept calling and was on hold for the same time 3 times until I finally spoke with someone and they didn't have anything available for the time I wanted she said 5:15 but I told her I was coming out of work at five and I was a stop away that I was gonna be like 10 mins late that maybe 5:25 but she wasn't having it, they won't accommodate the customer at all. Other times is that the water lady is never the same one, is either off or had an emergency or it is busy... I call at 5:30 When they close at 6 and they didn't pick up and is not the first time... they won't answer the phone 30 mins before they close.. I think the staff is just lazy, plus the ladies in the front are not very frjendly... I try the east side location on 86 and they were so nice I might switch to that one.
