  Terrible service - I have had a claim in since mid January and still have not been compensated for the water damage at the storage facility. I have been patient but my patience has run out. I get the runaround and answers like "my supervisor is reviewing your paperwork" . There is no reason I should be inconvenienced like this. A leaky pipe above my storage unit is not my fault and I have lost a lot of personal possessions.

  THIS IS the worst place ever !!!!!! do you not care about the damaged that was caused by your storage place, then wanna send a payment from oversea and that can take forever to receive . Trust and believe me i dont have a problem with contacting the attorney general regarding this is . but they have until 12/06/2017 for me to receive my payment and i will be going to the attorney office and contacting the Attorney General office in New York regarding this matter . if your office take me for a joke you need to look my info up . i dont have a problem taking a copy to court . and trust me i will get more than what your trying to pay ..... TRUST ME !!!! 12/06/2017 Something better be in my Mailbox

  This is not an Insurance Company, They are a scam. We opened a claim on Nov 17, 2016 for $1500 now on March 14, 2017 they are asking for more proof. What a bunch of thieves.. Like anyone has time for this nonsense.. I have reported them to all my colleagues to stay away.
