All violations from the first inspection have been corrected. All requirements of "Sushi HACCP Agreement" were being fulfilled. Recognizable improvements in management training, and oversite were noticed. Manager was told the importance of constant onging efforts to sustain the improvements. Sustainability will be determined at the next routine inspection. |
