Hot holding temp adequate; red sauce temped at 177 degrees. Gloves available. Indirect drain for 3 bay located in basement. Seating has been expanded by 18 seats into side storefront. A firewall has been installed to separate storage room from dining area. New bathroom has been installed. Owner states that he has plans and they were sent to DOH office, however he will have them resent. Owner is wanting to install ice machine and will notify DOH of placement.
