Digital thermometer used. Ansul system inspected, July 2016. Sanitizer buckets used. Updated menu received. Discussed with owner, replacing ceiling light bulbs with plastic coated Safe-T bulbs. Owner is having the ceiling painted during Thanksgiving week. Operator and staff complimented for cleanliness and procedures.
