Owner stated that they will be closing the restaurant for a 2 week period in the coming month. Then they will be re-opening the restaurant for business.

Comments: Observed front area (1 door/ glass door) refrigerator with built in digital thermometer reading 45 f and inspector observed internal food temperatures of 45-47 degrees. This refrigerator is open often and does not have large amounts of long term storage. Unable to check calibration of thermometers and most foods not in refrigerator more than 2 hours so it is difficult to determine any violation. Facility must operate refrigerator so it consistently maintains foods below 45 degrees F and monitor food temperatures.Adjust and repair or replace refrigerator as needed.
