Dunkin Donuts does not monitor water system themselves. Daily operating report had not been recorded since end of June. UV intensity meter at 100% during inspection. There is no outside storage in sheds anymore. No exterior walk in cooler/freezer has been installed. Temperatures adequate throughout: 38 degrees eggs, 46 degrees drink mix, 33 degrees fruit, 39 degrees cheese, 32 degrees almond milk, and hot held sausage 156 degrees. |
