Comments: Facility is closing completely as of April 23, 2019, per staff on site. Staff made aware that if the permit is still valid it must be sent back to the Monticello District Office after the facility closes. Deli, jockey paddock, and lava lounge bar(on gaming floor) are all closed permanently and were not inspected at this time. All coolers working, all temperature controlled for safety food that was checked in the reach in and the prep coolers in the pizza kitchen and the walk in coolers, reach in coolers, and the prep station coolers in the main kitchen temped under 45F. All food in the steam table in the employee cafeteria temped over 150F.
