However, the staff person with the food safety certificate goes off duty at 3pm, and the incoming staff member does not have any food safety certification. Interview with staff members indicated that during certain shifts, none of the staff members on duty currently possess a valid food safety certification. This is a violation of Board Health Order EH-ENF-18-0036, which requires that at least two food service workers at Sicilian Delight attend and successfully complete an approved food safety course and submit the certificates of completion no later than November 16, 2018.
