Meat slices were stacked higher in bin than marked rim and out essentially at room temperature. Operator reported deli meat slices that tempted at 53F has been out about 1/2 hour ( less than 2hr time frame) Deli meat was returned to walk-in cooler voluntarily by operator to continue cooling at this time -- corrected
