Spoke with owner via phone who stated that while the plumber was trying to repair the hot water heater the water was too hot and started to leak. The plumber turned down the temperature of the water and is coming back to repair the hot water heater. Owner will fax over repair receipts to the Health Department. All sinks must be able to maintain a temperature of at least 140 degrees and all hand wash sinks must have tempered hot water between 100-110 degrees.
